Horrible ads tablet

Tablet had horrible ads on amazon tablet. People cheating and seeing them in bed with someone else. I'm horrified my young boys saw it. What can I buy for my kids to play games with with zero ads.

Disconnect the tablet from data and wifi and lock it so kids can't turn it back on. The ads should disappear. Some games or apps may stop working properly but that's the trade-off.
