I have time today, and things will be hectic thr few days before YT, so I should prepare some side dishes and freeze them.

Aside from kugels, what other side dishes can be frozen and reheated and taste good? My scalloped potatoes recipe has Mayo in it, do you think I can freeze that?

Cabbage for noodles and cabbage. Mix with cooked noodles on yomtov.
Sauce for string brands. Combine and put in oven yomtov morning.
Meat pizza

Orzo with mushrooms and peppers
Pastrami orzo
Roasted veggie rice
Lo mein veggies, just mix with noodles before Y"t
