I'm in a similar position OP! Beshaa tova!
I'm also pg with my last (most likely) through IVF. I know it's a girl! And I'm due Chanukah time.
Don't like Yehudis (though that would be the obvious choice), Nesya, Hodaya. Can't use Eliana, Gila, or Tehilla for other reasons (love those names).
Great suggestions everyone, thanks for the food for thought!

For a girl:
Ashira - אשירה לה' כי גמל עלי
Techiya - rebirth
For a boy:
Eliezer or Azriel - Hashem's help
Yochanan/Elchanan/Chananel - Hashem is compassionate, like קל רחום וחנון
Shmuel - כי מה' שאלתיות from Hashem I asked for him
Shmaya - Hashem heard
Otniel - Hashem answered me
Adiel - jewel of G-d
