Any tips? He doesn't sleep at night for more than 3 hours, still wakes up to nurse.
He is sleeping in a room with 2 other children, no room anywhere else.
Any tips on how to schedule him? No crying it out.

Does he eat well during the day? Is he on solid yet?

does he wake up because he's hungry, or to nurse for comfort? Does he use a pacifier? If he is eating well and enough during the day, he shouldn't need the night feedings. Ask your pediatrician maybe for tips on how to ween him off of them.

Wakeups in the first year and beyond to eat or just cuddle is so normal He’s under a year. Still may need to nurse at night even if having solids.

That's fine, but every 3 hours?! Also when he wakes up at around 10 he wants to come out to play, it's a full on process to put him back to sleep.
Question is, is it better if I wake him up to eat as opposed to him waking me up?

I totally understand you .... I'm going crazy from not sleeping. At this point I'm not even able to do anything about it I'm quite literally losing my mind.... Tried many things not my first child he's already 7 months I don't think I slept since he was born. He doesn't either nap properly. He doesn't calm down from anything other than nursing. I hope I get out of this sane.

Yeah every 3 hours at 8 months and beyond is so normal. There are so many reasons for wakeups (all valid. Even if it’s for comfort). Hourly wake-up’s would be a red flag.
You can try a dream feed at 10 but doesn’t work for all babies.

But then he wakes up for a "dream feed: at 1, 4, and is up at 7.
