Im looking for suggestions for delish, easy toppings for plain Cheesecakes, that use natural ingredients. Besides the obvious, plain fruit.

No whip, no food coloring, etc.

Sour cream and sugar. Organic sugar if you want. You can also make your own jam using fruit.

I once made a pomegranate sauce. It had pomegranate juice, I'm not sure if you consider that a fruit

I don't remember the recipe, I think I had just googled and used whatever came up

Thanks.

Any recipes/ideas for a caramel type sauce, or white chocolate, or some chocolate topping with grated chocolate on top, or something w brittle?

You can make your own caramel using sugar, but it’s a delicate process

I plan on buying a jar of caramel sauce 😊
I’ve used mini cappuccino chips and it was so good.

Look up recipes for caramel sauce. If you're okay with white sugar and dairy products you'll find plenty of recipes. There's no reason to use pareve whip, for a dairy recipe.

Caramel

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup heavy cream

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add brown sugar and heavy cream and whisk constantly over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 3 minutes, no more.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Spoon salted caramel sauce over top of the cheesecake and spread the top smooth. Optionally, sprinkle the top with a little coarse salt.

They have caramel in squeezy bottle this year. Easy to drizzle on top of cake

This recipe is super simple. Can it get more simple than this?

We love melted chocolate (use whatever type you like as long as it melts nicely), and either spread or drizzle on top of cake. Then top with chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips.

Looking at your original criteria I wouldn't have thought of a caramel sauce, but it sounds like you've found a solution that works for you.

I'm kind of confused because you said natural. I wouldn't consider, caramel or chocolate natural. What exactly do you consider natural?

Caramel sauce doesn't strike me as natural, but the recipe the OP suggested consists of butter, sugar and milk. So maybe the lack of chemicals in the ingredients list is what does it for her.

We peel the chocolate into these pretty little curls on cover the whole top. It’s delicious!

She didn't say she wanted healthy, she said she wanted natural. She specified no pareve whip or food coloring. She wants a recipe with relatively clean ingredients.
