Overnight pastrami??

I bought a huge pastrami to serve for shabbos day lunch. I’m not sure what to do with it . Do I leave if raw ( it’s ina bag with cure?) until Friday?
How long before shabbos do I put it in? Shoudl I leave my oven on 200 ? 225? How do I serve ? Just take out of oven before meal? Plz help it was $$$ and I have no idea what to do with it.., TIA

It is already spiced so it doesnt need anythign but water. I remove from the bag because I never cook plastic. put in 1-2 inches of water and leave oven on 225 for a min of 8 hours. (more doesnt hurt). often ill put it in the oven after the night meal and leave it in until the day meal

This is for shabbos day so I have to put it in before they zman Friday but how much before?

Defrost in fridge but if you forget its fine.
I leave in bag. Put in pan, fill pan halfway with water. Put in oven b4 shabbos on 200.
Enjoy.

Ok so oven on 200. Bought today - Rather leave in fridge till Friday or stick in freezer ?

you can leave it in the bag and fill the crockpot with a few inches of water. pretty much the same settings you would use for the chulent. Just low and slow for many hours. you can put it up friday afternoon for Shabbos morning.
