For a slim girl who wears size 12-14, would a women's size zero or 2 be the equivalent?
I'm getting frustrated and trying to find other options.

Hmm...you think size zero will have too much of a bust?

My tiny mostly 12 barely 14 kids fits into xs ladies. A lot of things run tight and small. Go to a store and try on things and see. Also some ladies stores have junior sizes which is meant for preteens.

It depends on the piece. Sometimes it works. I find jumpers can work, a 3/4 sleeve t-shirt. Skirt if it's elastic and I'm willing to cut and hem. Dresses usually just don't sit right.
What are you looking for?

Depends on the item. When I was that size I had trouble finding a dress for an event and I did get a zero from a women's clothing store that I was happy with, but I had to get it tailored (taken in) in the bust.
