A friend once mentioned to me that she is part of a whatsapp group (I think it is primarily Toms River) where people often post beautiful, up-to-date furniture for free or very cheap. She got a perfect condition, modern dinette set.
Does anyone know if there is a dedicated whatsapp group for this that I could join? Or is it just her neighborhood group? I don't feel comfortable asking her for the details, but after 20 years of marriage my furniture really needs to be replaced, and I don't have the $$ to buy new right now.
To be clear, I am not looking for freebay stuff; I don't want to replace my worn out furniture with someone else's worn out furniture. It sounded more like there are people out there who are frequently redecorating and replacing their upscale furniture.
