We love traveling, but each stop takes forever. What are easy to go meals for the roac that doesn't take so long to eat? Slso, we don't want to wash....ideas? My husband says to give junk but I am opposed to that.

Seeing cheese. Bamba. Pb&j sandwiches (I make in car). Bring sliced vegies-cucumber pepper in container. Individual chumas and guacamole. Assorted crackers to meet each person's preference. Dinner time. Mezonos rolls and packages of deli. Also mom preps in car (our crew doesn't handle soggy sandwiches well). Cheese and crackers. Cherry tomatoes. Baby carrots.

Instant spaghetti if you have access to hot water
Cold cuts
I actually find sandwiches work best. We make a bathroom stop, kids wash and jump back into the car to eat. Least mess.
