Are there young marrieds near KGH YIQV, Landers and Chofetz Chaim? What's the community like on the in that area of KGH? I've heard it was more yeshivish, is this true?

Chofetz Chaim and landers type. You also just have just young married couples in the general area that are modern or just frum

The young couples are rather transient, houses are generally too expensive for young couples to buy right now.

I heard from a friend it's not very friendly and warm and doesn't feel like a community. that's her experience, definitely not a fact

It’s not a community, it’s a bunch of small communities sharing space. That being said, one can certainly find their place, find like minded friends- you just have to know where to go.
