I just found this great recipe, made it yesterday. My kids absolutely loved it!!!

It's called: Purple Ice-Cream Cake
(I couldn't get the blueberry filling, so mine wasn't "purple", but still Yum!!)
Here goes:

400 grams crushed tea-biscuits (about 2 cups)
100 grams melted butter/marg (1 stick)

2 Containers Whipping-cream
1/2 cup Milk
4 Tbs. Instant Pudding (vanilla flavored)

1 Container/Can Blueberry filling
2 Containers 9% Cream-Cheese
1 Container Cream-Cheese (full fat, real stuff!!)
50 grams Powdered-Sugar (about 1/2 cup)

Method:
Mix crushed biscuits and butter/marg. Press into bottom of round pan.

Whip together the wipping-cream, milk, and instant-pudding until thick.

In another bowl, mix: the blueberry filling, cream-cheeses, and powdered-sugar.

Fold the two mixtures together gently.

Pour the mixture over the crust. Keep in the freezer.

Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.

I used Apricot Jam and Strawberry Jam instead of the blueberry filling.
and a container of sour-cream (Shamenet Shel Pa'am) instead of the full-fat cream-cheese.
Oh, and I made it without the crust, cuz I didn't have the patients...
It came out Delicious!!!
