I've been searching for a chassidishe bungalow colony for the summer. Some were advertised and asking for 9 thousand per 4 weeks. When I thought about it, it was gone! is there really no more bungalows out there? whats going on???

It is very late in the game to find a bungalow. If there is something available, the price is higher.

8k/9k is a good price.
I know somebody with a newish bungalow (10-15yrs old) charging $2600 a week!!!!
The market is crazy!
But as gifted said, most towns in the Catskills are majorly restricting new builds which makes it much harder.
