If someone owns a house and wants to rent out an apartment, do you think they can get more rent if the kitchen is new or the bathroom is new

Definitely the kitchen. But that also cost so much more to remodel.

When my husband and I got engaged and we were looking for an apt, I said I wanted a nice kitchen and he said, he wanted a nice bathroom. We ended up with a nice, big bedroom  .

I would say the kitchen, unless the bathroom is really terrible and the kitchen is decent.
Also, make sure that the bathroom has a bathtub and not just a shower.

Kitchen is always somthing I look at the most critcally. My dream is to have a huge one with 2 ovens, a dishwasher & an island in the middle, as well as a table, but in this house it aint happening.

Definitely kitchen. I spend a lot more time in there then in the bathroom.

We're actually looking for an apartment ourselves and the first thing I look at is the kitchen cuz in the apartment we have now I dont have any counter space for cooking and have to cut everything in the air. Our bathroom is even worse but the kitchen is definitely more important.

Just from these choices, I'd say kitchen, but my priority in renting an apartment is SPACE!!!
