To be honet, I'm not sure if there are that many branches of Starbucks in Italy and Spain. When I was there a few years ago, it was more like local cafes. A problem could be the kelim- if they don't use paper cups, then the real cups might have been washed along side trief.

when we are in Europe we keep CY- the french milk is 'on the shelf' and doesnt need refrigeration until opened , there are plenty of CY cheeses , yogurts, puddings , chocolates, ice cream available as well from France, Switzerland etc.
