We just came home from a trip and we found bedbugs in DD's bassinet. We had noticed a small rash on the back of her neck a few weeks ago but I assumed heat rash (she's only 4 mos old). We stripped our beds, crawled on the floor and looked everywhere but we only found on her bed -- which is usually right next to mine.
Anyone know anything about this? The bassinet was near the window with the AC, there could be a crack in the insulation and maybe it's a different bug that came in from the outside?
Help please! We're kind of freaking out, DH actually threw out the bassinet.

I don't have any experience, but I am glad you threw out the bassinett. Get some professional advice. You may have to clean the carpets and launder all sheets in hot water, enclose the mattresses...Good luck.
