what do you mean exactly? you can find kosher and healthy foods practically anywhere. for example, whole wheat flour, organic fruits/veggies, etc...are you looking for something in particular?

Organic fruits and veggies are not always the best. They can contain certain fungi that can make you very sick in the long term.

I'm also confused. I'm assuming that it's possible to buy veggies, fruits, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat flour, etc.

I was shocked that there was no whole wheat bagels at the bakery

Restaurant food is never healthy anyways. . . it's really not going to make a big difference if you get brown rice instead of white. I'd also love to know how much whole wheat they actually put into bagels. . . probably not much.

The Whole Foods at Third Street and Fairfax has a lot of kosher food.

There are Trader Joe's all over the place (including one on La Brea).

Hope that helps!
