I found this apt in L.A. that is on the second floor of a house. It has 2 very nice size bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, nice size kitchen and dinette, dining room, large living room, and another small room which used to be a porch. It also has a very nice size backyard. It's in the Pico, Robertson area. Oh, I forgot, also a small area for a washer and dryer. Also, central air and heat.
Does anyone know how much an apt like that would go for? I don't want to say how much they're asking, but I want to know if it's reasonable. And when you give me a number, can you please tell me if that includes utilities or not. TIA

Unless rental prices have come down in that area since we looked in the past 2-3 years, I'd say at least $2200/mo, probably a little more more.

I have a similar appt. in a nearby neighborhood and am paying over 2000.

I know s/o that was paying $1800 for a 2 br apt. didnt have a porch or a backyard and had one large dining/living area. so I would say up to $2500 is normal
