I once had my shaitel cut by someone belsky I think she's by 32nd between m and n, I was very happy, she also blows great. lost her number though its been awhile

Shifra Elbogen is between K and L and 26th. They do a nice job but are a bit pircey at about 50-55 for a wash and set. Her first time cuts are the best ( worth the $350.)

I second that about Shiffy Elbogen...I never had one cut by her but Ive seen her wigs and theyre all gorgeous!
