Where are the places in Israel, if possible in/Near Rishon Le Zion, with a strong population of European immigrants in the ages of 60 to 80, speaking French, traditional or MO?

There are anglos in Rehovot, and I assume there will be at least a small European community just by virtue of the fact that the Weitzman institute is there. Rehovot also has a dati community. Nes Tziona I know nothing about except that it used to be nothing.
