Am I the only one who has a hard time trying to navigate flylady.net? I am so confused on how to even receive the emails. And I'm not computer illiterate....

She has the beginner baby steps on there, she also has links to help I am pretty sure on the left side. If you look through the zone cleaning you will see her detailed lists, but a lot of it isn't really on the website, you are supposed to start with the baby steps and work along with the e-mails (there is a signup there somewhere, or just go to groups.yahoo.com and look for flylady. There is a Jewish list too with extra missions / focus on what's important for us.

I second the praise for the jewish flybabies' group. It's great to have messages about our holidays and missions related to running a jewish home.
I think you need to join the flylady yahoo groups for reminders. there should be instructions somewhere on her site.
