here is the scoop!! You have to prepare a tempura batter and while doing that heat a pot of oil or your deep fryer. Drizzle in bits of the dough to form little fakes in the oil. remove before they burn to a bowl. Crush these to a fine mixture when cool.
dip sushi roll in flour, then egg and then roll in tempura crumbs. Deep fry quickly.
a sauce ro drizzle over
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2tbsp soya sasuce
and 2tbsp or more h2o.
boil for a short time cool and drizzle over.
