Can someone recommend a charity/gemach that accepts used but still wearble
clothes? They are mostly children's but some adults as well, both winter and summer
clothes. The only thing is, some of them are not quite tzniusdik (skirts above the
knees, short-sleeve tops, female trousers). Prefer someone close to J'lem or RMB.

There are hundreds of them. We give the clothes that are super charedi to a nearby yishuv that has chassidim, the less tznius to the social services which distributes them in non frum areas. It is important halachically that to give them to Jews they have to be able to be worn in a tznius way. If you want them to go to Arabs just leave the bag by any big green dumpster and the Arab garbage collector will almost surely take them. But if you have some for non jews it is better to give them to the salvation army where you are.
I am sure that someone from RBS can tell you who to talk to. In Y-m there are many.
