true
I don't know except to say:
need more info. about the ages of the baby and the other children
maybe she could express milk and someone else could feed the baby her milk those times when her other kids need her direct attention
also, sounds like she should consult a lactation expert because maybe one and a half hour feedings means she's not nursing properly

that sounds to me more like whats going on. I find it hard to believe the baby is eating all that time.

I don't think you can assume she isn't getting enough hindmilk based on the length of feeding. My little one could drain my breast in 10 minutes without trouble.
I think you should call the La Leche league in your area and work with someone who can watch you nurse and let you know what is going on.

My daughter eats all day - sometimes literally and sometimes it just feels like it when I want to get things done. When I spoke to her doctor about it he said she's enjoying staying there, and it's fine as long as I can stand it. If it's too much for me, I should just remember she's not really hungry and it's okay to let her cry.
Well, she's actually nursing now - I've learned to spend the bulk of my day on activities that can be done with one hand!

I had that with one baby. Speak to your doctor.
