discovered them in the freezer. Want them nice and crispy for Friday night. How should I do it?

Are they already egged and baked? We made these in advance for Sheva Brochos, and then froze them, so on the day, laid them out singly on greaseproof paper - don't use foil, the bottoms will stick, and tear as you pick them up. When they are defrosted, egg and put sesame seeds, and bake as usual.

They've been baked already. They were leftovers from another Shabbos and I didn't want to throw them out.

maybe bake them covered, and just uncover for the last few minutes?
