I made them once, ages ago. I think out of the dozen, maybe 2 or 3 came out. It did taste delicious, though.

Open the phone book under restaurant supply. or you could buy from Kosher chinese express in Manalapan. (glattbite may also have)

I know most ppl aren't aware, so I'd just like to be helpful by bringing to your attention:
Many restaurants that are pas yisroel give fortune cookies which are NOT Pas yisroel.
If you are careful, you may want to verify before purchasing.
I apologize in advance if anyone believes I'm trying to tell you "how dare". I just know that I was surprised to know that I ate them unknowingly.
