My almost 4 1/2 month old who has always slept through the night, is on a sudden sleep strike. She gets up every hour and stays awake for a while. She's not really making up for it during the day either. I'm worried she's not sleeping enough, I know we're not sleeping enough, and I'm worried my milk supply will be bad if I'm exhausted.

B"H She started sleeping again last night, but wouldn't she sleep more if she was having a growth spurt?
