I am looking for a VERY GOOD divorce attorney. If anyone can make a recommendation, it would be much appreciated. I'm separated for over a year, he's remarried, and I don't have a legal divorce much less a custody and financial agreement.
One lawyer I consulted made s*x*lly-charged remarks so I left him.
The second attorney I consulted just didn't do the job. I've heard from others who've had a similar experience with him.
So now I'm looking for a good lawyer. Any recommendations? Anyone in the 5 boroughs of New York who's GOOD>

Amother, mine is remarried as well, I don't either have a civil divorce. After 4 years and 2 other attorneys, I finally found one with whom I am very pleased. I know 2 other women who personally have used him and were satisfied as well.

I too have consulted with an attorney who has made s-----lly -charged comments and I fled from his office. Another attorney I'd consulted and retained just didn't return phone calls for 2 weeks, and was basically very farshlept in his work and quite passive. Finally I have an attorney I'm pleased with.
