Hey Ladies!
I'm no baker, but I wanted to make sufgianot with the kids, and googled it and found a great, simple, easy recipe..ready:
1 package of frozen rolls (ex: Rhode's Dinner Rolls)
oil for frying
cinnamon
sugar
confectioner's sugar
let rolls rise 2-5 hours (depending on how high you want them...)
roll in sugar and cinnamon
fry until golden brown on each side
sprinkle confectioners sugar on
My kids and I made this erev shabbos, it came out YUMMMY with very little mess and it was something my 5 year old and my 2 year old could do together!!! (they rolled the rolls in the cinnamon sugar mix)
ENJOY!

Where do you buy the frozen raw dinner rolls?

you can buy them (or at least we do) in Target or Walmart
but proab the kinneret challah rolls (you know, the frozen raw ones) would also work and be a little sweeter but still yum...
or you can buy any frozen bread dough, let I t defrost and then roll it into balls and let it rise that way. I just wouldnt use french bread dough bc it would be too crusty.
