Hi,
I need to purchase curtains including the rods and holdbacks. I dont want to spend a lot. Any ideas of stores in brooklyn or manhattan would be appreciated.

try bed bath and beyond. I never purchased so I can't say for the quality but they have curtains , rods ,window treatments etc...
