This one is more of a restaurant-style (rather than the mayo-y creamy ones) It's not really so patchky... leave out the egg if you want. I've done it with and without and they don't taste too different.

* 1 egg
* 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon minced garlic
* 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* Scant cup oil
* 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
