I didn't even serve one tray of chicken, so I'll freeze it and save it for shabbos. I have half of a spinach kugel, which I'll also save for shabbos, and the rest of the leftovers we'll eat over the week.

for melave malka I had some cheesecake and egg salad. that was enough for me.
I'll freeze the fish loaves I guess, and serve them with tomato sauce next time.
if no one asks for anything, I guess we'll eat the red meat tonite with whatever kugels everyone wants. The salad can be for lunches, and the chicken tomorrow, maybe as chicken salad?
After that, it's anyone's guess what'll happen to it all...

We had about half of each Cheese Cake left over - which I've been noshing on, Myself.... all day today, in between cleaning....
We also had Lazania, had it for dinner tonight.
And Blintzes (had them for lunch today).
I made a whole tray of Salmon Stakes, but we ended up having some for every meal on Shabbos, so, all gone...
All the rest was eaten B"H!!!

My fridge had this very distinctive "post-2-day-yomtov" smell when I opened it this morning...
