Are there words you purposely say wrong?

When I was little I called a mirror a "mir" and I guess my parents stuck with it. Guess what happened when I was learning the letter M in grade 1 and raised my hand. embarrassed

I go back on what I said earlier. We have a word - deedoo. DS sucks his thumb & likes to hold a silky label at the same time. At one time it was an Old navy t-shirt. Took it away. Next it was the fire hat from a costume, also from Old Navy. he lost it, I found it & threw it away. There have been other things & lately it's a pink baby blanket that he keeps in his bed.

Anyway, deedoo is the way he used to say "label" when he was little & it kinda stuck.
