I was searching for sheitals/wigs on ebay and discovered this. Are the prices cheaper than buying it direct from Yaffa? It looks to be a bit cheaper but then there's always shipping costs.
Here is their store

but what do you do about cutting/styling?
I have to pay $150.00 to cut a new sheitel.

All the really cheap ones on that ebay store seem to be Indian hair wigs that Yaffa is trying to get rid of.

I want to know more about the one that is listed as "$5,000 European Custom" and being sold for $2,999. I have Yaffa's highest end custom-- long, multi-directional, european hair, you name it-- and I only paid $1,800 (excluding cut). What makes this wig worth $5,000???

Maybe they're like Macy's.

They have high price tags but make great sales.

My experience with Yaffa's human hair (not custom) wigs is that they're knotty and have a lot of hair that needs to be thinned. It could be the more they're thinned, the less knottier they'll be. I had a fall converted from a sheitel I bought from them and I think I need to thin it out more. It also constantly needs brushing, which is really annoying.

a lot of the wigs on the website looked like they had weird color highlights/streaks.

I just ordered a band fall from the ebay yaffa wigs outlet. I will let everyone know how it turns out. The woman I dealt with is frum and kept repeating in her emails with me, "Let me know what you think, if it works for you, etc"

It is important to review the halachos of onas devorim before posting. To tell me that a Yaffa sheitel is not good after I purchased it has no tachlis to it, there is no benefit to be gained at this point. In R' Pliskin's "Power of Words" it is clear that such a statement is onas devorim. Someone telling me that only makes me feel bad and worried that I just wasted my money.
