For 6 burgers:
1/2 kilo of chopped beef
1 chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves or 3 "cubes" of garlic preparation
10 branches of coriander (or parsley if you don't find it)
4 big spoons of water
20 gr of bread crumbs (3 big spoons, "flat")
40 gr of margarine
1 small spoon of Worcestershire sauce
pepper
Put breadcrumbs in a small dish, add the water.
Put beef in a salad bowl, add onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, coriander, bread crumbs (if too compact add 1 big spoon of water), pepper.
Mix well with fork, the meat shouldn't be all smooth.
Heat 2 big spoons of oil and 40 gr of margarine (length and width of two fingers or so) in a frying pan. When it's hot enough, put the burgers and leave them there a few minutes so they get brown, then turn them so they are brown everywhere.
Diminish heat and leave them cook some more minutes, turning them often. Check with a fork, tje juice should be light beige when ready.
