You mean, only fruit until noon, and no starches with proteins ?

I do. Fruit until noon. Then two meals-one consisting of veggies and protien and the other of starch and veggies. You can snack on fruits if very hungry in between but have to wait two hours until the food digests. Also, you can eat a meal half hour after the fruit is eaten.
