I sometimes find the sweet potato difficult to cut into fries, but when I do make them, I just sprinkle on salt and pepper. YUMMY and HEALTHY!! :-)

I like Cajun spice - they are so sweet, I give them a bit of heat.

Salt & pepper. Also a generous amount of garlic powder. And some cumin sometimes.

I want to try this. How long do you bake it for? covered? Uncovered?

bake uncovered on foil for how ever long you want....I make mine very crispy, but they do cook faster than white potatoes.

What they said.
Alternative: Sometimes I slice up some onions and/or garlic and toss them into the oil with the potatoes to fry together. YUMMY.

Maple syrup drizzled over them after they're cooked. I had this in a restaurant once and it was super-tasty. Just sweet potatoes brushed with oil and then maple syrup afterwards.

I put salt, pepper and lots of hot paprika and they come out so yummy, everyoe who tries them asks me for the recipe (and they are not spicy!)
