1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
Mix together. Then add:
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together. then add:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Then stir in:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Press into greased 9x13 pan - making sure to cover the entire pan. Bake at 350 for 18-19 minutes - NOT MORE!! They will seem mushy when they first come out but will harden just the right amount and be chewy and yummy! |
do you use light or dark brown sugar?

I made these for Shabbos and they didn't turn out well unfortunately... I felt like there wasn't enough mixture for the pan, and they were thin and on the hard side. I made them in a real metal 9x13 so perhaps that's why it didn't work? If I make them again I'll double the recipe
