the cardigan I am planning on wearing to a wedding has a ruffled edge all the way up the front and around the neck. could I wear it with a skirt that has a ruffle around the bottom of the hem and down the side of the skirt?

really a picture would help us answer your question but I think that if the ruffle meets the top (the one on the side of the skirt) it might be iffy.

I think it's probably too much unless by some chance it's all the same fabric and almost looks like a matching set or a dress. You'd have to keep everything else (shoes and jewelry) very simple. Sounds nice though - I love ruffles, even before they became so trendy.

Do the fabrics match (the one you showed was linen but I guess it was the just the style you were trying to show us)? I persoannly think it would look better with a pencil skirt/straight skirt.
