You can just put your usual spices or sauce and grill it that way. I love salmon grilled with spices.

The tariyaki salmon from Kosher by Design. I make it all the time, it comes out delicious (It's actually one of the only things I use the George Forman for)

I don't know if that is enough. I know in restaurants, their grills are kashered bet. fish and meat.

or they have sep. ones.

Good point!

I know some ppl have a seperate fish pot. I don't but I clean my George Forman well after each use and I haven't used it in ages. But I'll ask DH if there might be a prob.

ask a rov that deals with these things on a reg. basis. most people don't know.

I onlyknow after having worked in kashruth for many years.

also, a restaurnt might be diff than your own kitchen......

Thats true!
I was actually thinking that at first, then I remembered that some ppl have seperate fish pots - so I guess for those ppl, they wouldn't be able to use it for both fish and meat w/out doing s/thing in between.
