Dont you just hate it
when you call customer service and they put you on hold for twenty
minutes
AND THEN THEY TAPE YOUR CONVERSATION

they have to tape it, so if you sue them they have proof. or for training purposes.
but yes I hate it also.

and the two companies I've worked for lately have me on their voicemail tape!!!!!!!!!!!
