Peanuts are not nuts; they are legumes. For what do you want to know? Just to hae something to snack on then have seeds...have lots of health benefits too, but not as fattening ( I think), and cheaper

I'm not sure which nuts are more or less fattening, but I do know that the fat in nuts, are much healthier then regular fat.. it's a healthy fat..
