Do you wish you were older? Younger? Or are you happy just where you are?

And what will change if I am happy/unhappy about being young/old? You have a magic potion to transport us to our 'ideal' age?

I don't mind being 50, I mind being 50, looking 60 and feeling 70!
I am annoyed that my acne finally cleared up a week before I found my first "fine line".
I recently asked the pharmacy how old you have to be to qualify for the senior citizen's discount (10% off every Tuesday and special offers every week). No dice: 65. Guess I'll have to enroll in a college class to qualify for the student discount instead.

Mali why do you want to be older? Isn't great being young and energetic and having your whole life ahead of you (I'H) with so many possibilities?
Truthfully, I dread getting old...

ever since I got married 3 years ago I dont find that age really matters anymore, the truth is Im not that old (only 23) but it feels like the years are just rolling into eachother. before I got married and I see with my single friends age plays a big toll on your life, but once your married it jsut doesnt matter

Me, too... I don't mind being 31, but I do mind not being able to stay 31.
I mean, once I turned 25 I dreaded turning 30, 'cause I had this idea of "once you turn 30 it's all downhill". Then I turned the big THREE OH, and now it's like OK, this is perfect, but it's only 8 and a half years 'til 40! I don't feel my age, I still feel like a teenager, maybe that's why it scares me so much to get older.

better than the alternative, doncha think?
To consider the consequences of remaining young forever, read Tuck Everlasting. It's not all sweetness and light.

I love being in my twenties, and young, slim and energetic. but I know that time flies,...I am looking forward to growing old with my DH and maybe being wiser, more secure and more patient in exchange for my bounciness and easy looks now.
every age has its challenges and disappointments, as well as its joys and gifts. I can't wait to see what the rest of my life has in store for me.
(of course, there are wrinkles, aches and pains and extra poundage that come with age...well by then I'm sure I'll handle it...)
bythe way, staying healthy and exercising now can't hurt your trying to keep the fountain of youth flowing.

I am what I am, can't change it. Enjoyed my youth, looking forward to enjoying my golden years. Evry age has it's goods and it's bads. Be thankful that he can enjoy them all.
