Is one way better than the other to cut in half cherry tomatoes?- Do I cut them from top to bottom (through the stem) or side to side?
Is one way more classy than the other, stays better, etc?

cut them the long way, from top to bottom. I usually see it done the other way, from side to side, but I find it much classier and prettier this way.
