Just wondering the logistics for preparing/serving cholent for Shabbat Shuva, right after 2 days yomtov.
When should I start preparing (soaking beans/barleys, sauteeing onions)? Do I do all preps Erev Rosh Hashana on Wed, but start cooking Fri late afternoon?

You might want to ask a Rav. I was told that you can not start prep for Shabbos until Fri day, even with an eruv tavshilin.
