Can anyone share some exact recipes for a side dish made w/puff pastry squares, (turnovers) shud be freezable too. Can be something like, swt potato, potato, veggie filling.. shud go w/a mushroom sauce too.. thanks

Veggie- Bag of stir fry veggies purreed, add salt, pepper, and garlic. Add flour so it becomes a paste.
Potato- Mash potatoes, add salt, pepper, and garlic. Add a sauteed onion and a beaten egg.
Fill your squares, (brush with an egg if that's your thing), and bake.
