Where to sell/give away old computer parts, wires, etc.

so I'm organizing my house and turning it inside out to get rid of all the junk that accumulated teh last 5 years that I was in graduate school and didn't have any time to do anything.

I have 2 huge boxes of computer STUFF like wires, a key board, mouse, printer, etc.

also in there are old cell phones and chargers, and all sorts of electric junk, I even spy a couple of old light fixtures in there. is there anywhere I can sell it or just give it away? if not do I have to throw it out in a special type of garbage or recycling? I live in NJ, I'm not sure what the law is here
