Me & my family are getting evicted. We dont want to live in this sick cycle anymore & dont want to borrow $. It would just add to our debt. We are looking for a place to stay until we get our feet back on the ground. My husband is looking for a job (& hopes to have one soon) If we dont have too many expenses, paying off our debt & saving up for another apt would be a lot easier.
PLEASE PLEASE if anyone has, or knows someone that has a basement or apt in the brooklyn area (we wont be picky if its a bit out of area either) they dont mind 'lending' lesheim mitzvah PLEASE let me know. We are clean, neat people. Just my husband, 1 yr old & I.
Any arrangement would be worked out (perhaps I could help around the house, my husband is handy he can do physical labor instead of rent) - we would appreciate it immensely!

Let me know your email address & I will email you. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Where do I find hachnasas orchim apts? I guess I could go there for a few wks if I dont find something more permanent(although its temporary, I'd need more then few wks) But its better then nothing if it comes to that.

We'd really rather not spend, we dont have any money or promise of further income. Even when my hubb does get a job, we would like to pay off our debt first. We can't live this way anymore. We need to get out of it.

PLEASE PLEASE anyone? :'(

Thanks for the idea, but moving to florida would be too costly & no job there.
Anyone, more local with an idea or apt/basement? PLEASE

The name sounds more exotic than it is!
Here is the number (301) 649-3141.
It is run by Rabbi Kranz (I think his daughter Chaya runs it now, she is a real sweetheart), a real baal chessed. He has helped so many people!!
