Does anyone know where I can go in Brooklyn to find a fancy dress for a toddler (size 2T or 24 months baby size) for an engagement party?

try teusdays too on Avenue M and 19th. they have tons of beautiful things for discounted. they have thier main store teusdays child on Nostrand between N and kings highway-- they are very expensive over there

You can try wonderland on 13th in the 50's not sure exactly where in the 50's.
