Can you freeze pancakes and if not how long can they last in the fridge for?
Anyone have a recipe?

I freeze pancakes in ziploc bags. I've never timed how long they last, but definitely I've pulled them out of the freezer a month or two later and they're fine. I don't make them from scratch. There's a buckwheat pancake mix by some odd brand in the grocery near us that is pareve with a good hechsher.
