I would do white chocolate lollypops in a shape of a big clown with each girls name written on it.
If you want something fancy small little horns with small flowers put into it with a doily and a name plate that sits on top of the flowers.
How about a small little fake plant (really small) and stick one of those wire things that holds messages into the plant and put each persons name in it.
Buy a bunch of blank cds and put something on it (pictures of your daughter and her friends, or some music that all her friends like, or just brainstorm). Get a whole bunch of plastic coverings and put their names on it and something that says something like thanks for coming to my bat mitzvah..... and don't forget to decorate it if you want.
